the flash. when he was in contact with the speed force the flash could move at the speed of light. superman is fast but the flash could steal his speed to enhance his own.

By using the Speed Force, the other-dimensional power source of Flash's speed and energy, not only can he travel at the speed of light, he has also traveled faster than the speed of light by using a "time treadmill".
