Well human rights is the biggest. Their lack of it has isolated them from most 1st world modern nations. They are improving though. Their economy is rivaling ours and may out pace us in the future. Their largest obstical is their own ethics. If the government moves more towards a socialist society then they will dominate the Global economy. Another problem is their geological placement of cities. Many are often destroyed by natural desasters such as floods etc.

The most major one is overpopulation. China have 1/6 of the Earth's population approxiamately.
Another would be that China's selling things that are not what they're supposed to be. For example, they have something not edible inside canned food.
