With the custom one-off machining available today, it is very possible. Unfortunately, the cost would be astronomical unless you did the work yourself, and even then, the cost and hours invested would be highly impractical.
Both cars are front wheel drive. Cross-platform engine swaps are much more difficult in FWD applications because both the engine and transaxle would have to be switched. Nothing would line up, so mounts would have to be custom machined. You could try to match the GM V6 engine to the Honda transaxle with an adapter plate, but I cannot find a listing from any suppler for that marriage.
The front suspension the Buick is MacPherson strut. Your Accord should have double-wishbone. Again, nothing would line up. You'd more than likely have to fabricate most of the front suspension.
Next comes the engine electronics. Granted, the engine computers (called ECM or PCM modules) were pretty rudimentary back in 1987, but the systems are completely different. At best, you'd have to fabricate most of the engine and transmission's wiring harness.
So yes... If you have an unlimited budget to work with, along with infinite patience, it is very possible. But in the real world, it is nowhere near practical. You could by a new car for the cost of the conversion.

lol why would you want to put that much work into a honda accord ... sorry I hate about 99 percent of all hondas no offense if your from new england you would probably know why. But as for can you do it sure anything can be done but I can tell you this it will be cheaper to buy a new car. In the 10 years between the two engines came out there was a lot of changes and beyond the emissions you will come up with a lot of problems. If you have some attachment to the accord then I would say buy an accord engine and install that in or buy a new car which might be cheaper any way

Technically possible but hideously expensive and your gains would not be that great. For what it would cost to do this swap you could buy a couple of late-model Accord V6's and have change left over. Honda make all manner of more powerful engines that are probably near-bolt-in's for this car anyway.

You don't have enough money to spend on this, if you did, you'd buy a new car.
Besides, why would you want to install one of the crappiest engines GM ever made into another car.
