Yes, and this Administration has passed more legislation that has pushed this country more toward a police state than any other. What gets me is they were going to impeach Clinton for perjury, but they do not want to impeach Bush for blatant violations of the Bill of Rights and the FISA law. Read the Patriot Act and the Military Commissions Act of 2006 these two pieces of legislation completely violates the Constitution.

Bush has ordered the NSA to wiretap phones only in areas that the NSA has determined to be locations where Islamic terrorist sleeper cells are hiding. Yet FDR (a democrat) wire tapped every phone in the nation and placed all Japanese Americans in government monitored camps after Pearl Harbor was attacked. Woodrow Wilson (a democrat) wire tapped every phone in the nation after America entered ww1.
John Adams (the second President) and his Federalists in congress passed and signed the alien and sedition act when America was fighting an undeclared war with France from 1798-1800 that gave the President the power to deport anyone for any reason, and made speaking out against the government in public illegal, and punishable by imprisonment, and many people were imprisoned for that.
So don’t tell me that Bush has done anything to violate my rights that are unreasonable or un necessary. You’ve no clue as to what you’re talking about at all, none whatsoever.
