Do some people not like Israel because they were given the land?

I heard that the U.N agreed while the Arab Nations opposed. Is that true.

I'm against Israeli's taking land from people . After the war, we should have left the Jews to settle in countries of their own choice and not 'GIVE' them land owned by people. France and England are the one's who decided to give this land to the Jews after the Holocaust, thinking this will help these people who suffered during the war, President Ahmedinehjab did ask a question that never got a response and that was "what did the Palestinian people do" to merit such actions, their land was literally taken from them, huge estates taken away from Palestinians to allow Jews to take over this country. What other religion owns it's own country like the Jews in Israel. Israel should back off and return to the people what was theirs in the first place. This all took place after the war back in 1942 and onwards.

The people in the middle east don't like Israel because it is a democratic nation that is, most importantly, not ruled by Islamic law. The people there can't stand living next to a country that is steeped in freedom, creativity, and ingenuity, while, whenever given the opportunities for peace and prosperity, choose to either launch vicious attacks against Israelis or each other. As far as I am concerned, the "oppressed" Palestinians are bringing their burden upon themselves.
