OK, didn't watch the show. So, I'll attempt an actual answer.
A genius can say anything he or she wants. Anyone can.
That doesn't stop the victim of the insult from punching the genius in the face though. And personally, I don't think it's be very genius-like to be that stupid.

Stupidity has a wide definition if they call you stupid cos , for example you can't solve a maths problem that sounds unfair.But if they call you stupid cos, again for instance you are going to marry a person with AIDS then they are allowed to call you whatever.

Well, technically, thanks to our freedom of speech, everyone has the right to say "I think you are stupid!" But it's not nice, and it's uncalled for.
