Just say it and say it quickly. If you miss the bus again you may have to wait for 7 more years.

if u two are together for last 7 years and talk to each other then it shouldn't be hard for u to talk to her.

If you just keep on thinking, you will loose her. Just be bold to tell her. Tell her frankly like this, "Dear so and so, you take it good or bad but I love you very much"

If you love her, just say it, it will come. There is no magic way to do it or special time to do it- it sounds like you've waited long enough. JUST DO IT.

if you r sure she loves you then what is the problem. just split it out.
