i tried dumping all the trash out of it and "dusted" it out..but ....i don think that thatz the right way....help!

I would wash in washer with some tide, Cold water gentle cycle. If your washer has a setting I would do an extra spin cycle to help with drying.. then Hang dry or you could try the tumble cycle with low to no heat in the dryer ..

Put it in the washing machine warm water cold rinse on the gentle cycle. If it is really dirty pre-treat the spots first. I wouldn't put it in the dryer.Let it air day.

I throw mine in the washer with my jeans then I hang it on my doorknob to dry
