I don't HATE OSU, but I did get tired of the hype. It was good to see Florida shut them up even though I'm not a Florida fan.

This year better than the different, and not employing a playoff there is no thank you to make certain the two terrific communities play in the BCS NC game, when you consider that there's a great form of variables (voter sympathies, potential of convention, potential of convention time table, potential of non-convention time table, momentum, and so on) that that's certainly one of those crapshoot. That mentioned, the AP, which awards it rather is very own national champion (and is the longer status ballot), is under no legal duty to award the winner of that game the trophy. If OSU/LSU finally ends up being an unsightly game that no-one finally ends up deserving to win, the AP voters are unfastened to anoint Georgia, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, or Virginia Tech the identify in the event that they so pick. To me, this feels like a year the place there could desire to be 2 trophies presented to concentration on the form of year it replaced into.

Why do you hate an institution?

Why do you say they "deserved" a "beatdown"?

Notre Dame "deserved" a beatdown, being in a BCS Bowl when they shouldn't have even been ranked in the Top 20...but OSU "deserving" a beatdown? Why?

To answer your question. No. Not happy. Not sad (and I bet Florida and the points, so I AM pleased I won a tidy sum of money...)

If I am not happy about it are you going to bust my chops about it?

Despite the fact that OSU was thumped during the game, how can a set of guys, most of which were NOT on the last national championship winning team deserve the jeering of thousand of people who don't even know them?

The fault lies on them for not playing their hardest, but does that mean that they didn't deserve all of the praise they got before the game went down?

A 12-1 season is still a remarkable season regardless of what conference your team is in, and they should be congratulated for even making it that far and learning something about themselves in the process.

WHy did we deserve it??? We had an undefeated season, an undisputed heisman winner, and blew out MOST of our opponents, so why don't we deserve the creit we got BEFORE the game. If Flordia were undefeated with the heisman and got beat in the national championship TWO MONTHS after the regular season and a bunch of idiots said "Flordia is overrated" what would you think?

I am happy because I wanted Florida to win. I do not hate Ohio State, but Florida clearly wanted it more.
