Not yet, but with the official title being released, it's a good sign that she's getting closer, and there's some speculation that it may have a 07/07/07 release, because it would fit in with the other releases (during last part of June - first part of July, it's on a Saturday, plus it'd be right at a week before OotP). That's largely wishful thinking, but it'd be a nice fit, don't you think?

An actual release date has not been announced. 7/07/07 is a rumor. Scholastic who publishes the books in the US does not have an official release date, and neither does the UK publisher Bloomsbury.

No, there is not. The last installment's title is known, however: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
