What does that have to do with the price of tea in China? I see Japan threatened by Korea, China and possibly Russia. I think the US is good with Japan. They are loaning half the money to fight this Iraq War.

wrong. By their own constitution, Japan is very limited in their ability to fund military programs except for small expenditures on purely defense programs

No, Japan may be concerned with North Korea or China, but I highly doubt they are considering a war with us as we have had a very good relationship every since WWII. Also, I question the accuracy of your figure, what is your source.

Wrong! Whoever told you that is an IDIOT.

Japan's military spending is ranked 27th world wide at around $310. per person. The US is ranked 3rd, at $936. per person.

And China is ranked 79th at $43 per person just in case you're interested.

So, no, I'm not worried about it.
