Of course NOT. You don't need any vaccinations if you're travelling to Singapore either on business trips or vacation.

Singapore is a Clean & Green country and there is no plague or epidemic diseases so far. Apart from having SARS which happened few years ago. SARS was spreaded by a Singaporean lady who travelled from Hong Kong back to Singapore. But Singapore totally wiped out this disease and is perfectly OK since then till now!

But if you still don't think it is secure for you, of course you may wish to take some flu vaccinations or bring some other medications as prescribed by your doctor, in any case you need it.

Nope. . . It is so clean that the water from the tap is higher than the WHO standard, and can drink it staight. But cleaner than USA and many European nations.

Once you stay long in singapore, your immune system may be weaken, for it is too clean.

I went this summer and didn't need any vaccinations. It's a sanitary, healthy city-state. Cleaner than big cities in the US.

I think you should.

They are claiming to have the best health care in the world, but they had the SARS case before as well as Bird's Flu. You should not take chances.
