Yes. You keep playing the tapes of the scene over and over again. I'ts really hard when you are emotionally wound up. That used to happen to me with my ex all the time. You feel like you want to resolve the problem and not go to sleep mad. It can be really frustrating.

oh yes. happened several times. that's why i try to settle things always before going to bed. because if you let it be there and wait without doing anything, things get worse by the minute. and all of a sudden its too late.

yes i think every 1 in this world has.... just keep in the back of your head that the sooner you go to sleep the sooner you can wake up and solve the problem....sorry you feel this way...i hate that feeling...GOOD LUCK!!!

yes. then i got up, jogged around my block for three hours, woke my loved one up, and berated him in the meanest way possible. after that i slept like id taken the draught of the living dead....
