picking best answer was tough
some r sensitive for saurav&dravid
but,with so many batsmen,taking them was impossible for my-11.
if u think old players are not in,go see what vinu's 1st match (165 runs 1st inning batting. 5 wickets first inning bowling)
haresh did well to get sidhu(who was sachin's equal);but why azhar?
haresh,punjabi,sparsh,noble's teams had no leg-spiner
terry's answer was smart.i love india-praisers (i am one too)
anand's answer is most practical.
since no past+current combination team is good enough,i pick best current-11 as best answer

come on dear, ur selection is cool, but i think u missed out DADA n wat abt the g8 captain of our team. dravid is the best. dont 4get him dear. n u shud hav added all present players. but 1 thing is for sure, u shudn't hav written something so bad for sachin n pathan. bad in the sense tat they both r trying their best. c if pathan hadn't been ther, then india wudn't hav got qualified for the tests. it is bcoz of his 111 only india got qualified for the tests. atleast he is trying his best in batting. n for sachin he performed so well wit both bat n ball in the third test. dont 4get it.

Is it for test cricket or One-dayers? List could vary based on the form of cricket. If it's test then Dravid has to be there..
