i think it has to do with my blood pressure

See the doctor... you might be having a stroke. Have someone accompany you. Don't drive.

Do you have sinus problems? You could have cold in you body? But if it last a long time and unbearable pain go get checked out. Usually with high blood pressure and strokeyou get dizzy and see dark color spots. With stroke you might even feel you have to pass out. Dress warm. If your left arm get num it could mean your heart but lets just hope its not serious

Could be a pinched nerve in your neck, you should try a chiropractor. Even if that's not the answer it will do good and feel good for the rest of your back. One or two visits would not cost very much They have sure helped me.

Could be a pinched nerve sending signals with the pain-or it could be a stroke . If you can't raise your hands above your hand ; or your speech is slurred , you may have a medical emergency .
