Put yourself in his shoes: How would you feel if your father had died 3 months previously and then your mother married your uncle? And how does Hamlet compare his father with his uncle in the soliloquy? Not very favourably.

But actually he's not objecting to the marriage - it's already happened. He's mostly commenting on the speed of the marriage after the funeral and that he found himself powerless to do or say anything to stop it from happening.
