Depends on how many calories you consume per day. Your calories burned should be ATLEAST half your calories consumed. This means if you consume 1000calories a day, you got to burn a minimum of 500 calories to keep it off.

Try walking for an hour everyday, it's stress relieving and works great for those who are starting out. Make sure its once a day ATLEAST 5 days a week, and keep your Ipod plugged in!!

GoodLuck!

The extra you do it the further effective. also this is extra effective to bounce rope 4 cases at 10 minutes each than for 40 minutes. So merely have it round and bounce each danger you get even if this is for a jiffy every time. this may help keep your metabolism extreme all by the day.

Diabetes is usually treated through a combination of diet (low sugar), exercise and medications/insulin. Milder cases can be controlled with just diet an/or exercise while more severe cases require meds or insulin as well.

I would think an 1800 caloric diet plan would be good. You should consult your doctor or a dietitian.
