If you get sold damaged products without a refund. Who do we file complaints to?

If u used a credit card, tell the credit card company that the merchandise was damaged and they refuse to stand behind it.. U will probably have to fill out a form about fraud.. Most credit card companies will believe u and re credit ur money..

Usually auction sites, like E-bay, have some kind of complaint system where you can file a complaint. If you know who sent you the product, you may want to report it to your attourney general or other authority to report fraud. More than likely, you won't get a refund.

If you bought it through ebay, report it to ebay. and they take care of it for you. Other wise, I don't know if other sites can do anything about it. Try calling the police of the town you bought it from and report there. Did you get the insurance on it. If so file a claim with them.Good Luck.

Your state's District Attorney's office should have a special internet fraud unit to handle that, so I would contact them.
