I suggest getting a degree in Criminal Justice and learning Arabic as well. You'd be at the top of their hiring list.

The CIA recruits people from all fields, Homeland Security is probably the same.

there's no such degree, it's a fairly new catch phrase. But you want to study Criminal Justice or join the army depending on what exactly you want to do.

there are degrees in International Relations and also Diplomacy....watch out though...some of the schools are partisan and diploma mills.
