Yes. Every poll, from the BCS to the Harris to the Coaches poll ageed that even though both Florida and Michigan lost to a ranked team, it was obvious Florida played a tougher schedule. Most of Floridas wins were either aganist ranked teams or bowl teams. Michigan got to play Northwestern and Central Michigan to "tune up" before the Ohio State game, and they still lost. Michican fans would love to say that they didn't get into the championship because nobody wanted to see a OU vs. MU rematch, but the fact is Michigan only had one test all season. It was Ohio, and they lost. If they got to the champioship, they would have lost again. They're flat out not good enough.

Yes - much more than Michigan. Although they snuck in the back door because another team (USC) lost.

There's no doubt, though they should thank UCLA. Ironic that after beating the Bruins in the NCAA basketball final, it would be UCLA's win over USC that would put Florida in the title game.

I thought so all along, and it certainly seems like it now, Michigan had no right to be there, they lost to OSU, they had there chance. Florida certainly took advantage of their chance.

yeah i think people over rated both michagin and ohio state, and the real match up would have been usc vs. florida....this is why college football needs a playoff
