Best way is to be part of that bands fan club or at least their mailing list. Some venues even have VIP lists that you can pay to be on and get first notification.

hi
if you go to
www.ticketmaster.com
sign up for there news letter and they email you once a week to let you know what is up and coming
you can then keep up to date and if a concert is coming up you can tick a box and they will inform you the minuite they go on sale
they also have a sister site called
www.ticketweb.com
u can do the same on this
if you after tickets after they have sold out
use
www.ebay.com
or
www.ebay.co.uk

whatever you do do not use ticket tout sites as they are a rip off and you are not garanteed you will get your tickets

ebay is the best bet for sold out tickets although they work out dearer you can check the rating of a seller and most people on ebay are decent folk
