Try micro-mesh. They have grades available down to 12000 grit, which is much finer than automotive rubbing compound.

Plain old car wax should bring back the shine. Follow the directions on the bottle and pretend you're waxing a corvette.

like the one person said car wax, they also sell products for fiber glass at boat stores and maybe in automotive depts.

Now day's you can get them refurbished.They look like new.
