I have blue eyes as well and the rule of thumb for us is usually that lighter shades of violet and purple go best with blue eyes. But more than likely you're not going to want to wear purple eyeshadow for the rest of your life and you'll want to add some variety. This might sound kind of boring but brown shades work really well with blue eyes. To make this more exciting though you can use metallic browns with gold undertones. I highly recommend the MAC eyeshadow in Tempting. It's gorgeous. Just layer it on your eyelid up to your crease and then swipe a neutral shade in an ivory color under your eyebrow to highlight your eyes. You can even incorporate the purple into this look by wearing the Tempting with an eggplant colored eyeliner. Line the top and bottom lids with an eggplant liner and you'll be getting compliments all day on how blue your eyes are. Trust me, I've used this combination many times and it always gets noticed.
Then with blush and lipstick...go for more pale colors. Cause then people focus more on your eyes.
Good luck with those baby blues :o)

Ooh! Lucky you!! Orange is the opposite colour of blue, so that will make them stand out!! Browns will look good. Charcoal would also look super sexy, for a smoky look. Use a black liner to line the top lid, above the eyelashes. Line the outer half of your eye, and you can also extend the line, like angelina Jolie does, to give yourself that sexy "cat's eyes" look. Also, line underneath your bottom lashes to open up your eyes even more.
With mascara, wiggle the brush at the base of the lashes - the is important to get a good coverage, and will open up your eyes. Wiggle the brush up to the tips. Viola!! Beautiful sexy eyes!!

wear pink or glod or my personal favorite shimer yellow eyeshadow and 2 layers of mascara.
if you want your eyes to be tha major focus of your face DO NOT get a tan. Blue eyes look rare and exotic on a fare face. If you already have a tan try not to play it up. use a light pink blush and a light natural lip.
your eyes will stand out ten times more if you make it the canter of atention. it won't have to copete with any other feature.

Using brown eye shadows will enhance blue eyes. Most people want to use more blue and grays but that actually washes out your eye color. Mary Kay's website has virtual makeovers that allow you to see what colors look good according to skin tone and eye color. Visit www.marykay.com/dpilz for more information.

Brown and taupe shadows, champagne and cream highlighter shadows; and navy blue or charcoal eyeliner, some brown liners are good, too.
Is there room for anyone else to have an interest in you? Or do you care?

Baby blue eyes are beautiful! I'm jealous!
Anyways, for make-up browns, blues, golds, and taupe eyeshadow for the lid, A light vanilla or beige for the brow bone black or dark brown mascara, charcoal or dark brown or navy liner.
For clothes, this color would look great:

Of course not the sweatshirt it self, but the color.
