The text is too big. How can I make it smaller when there is no bar for files, view, etc?

I'm not sure what print you are referring to and if you have XP, but if it is the print on windows displays you are referring to, you can try several options. Go to "Start," "Control Panel," and click on "Display." Go to the "Appearance" tab and make sure that the Font size is "normal." Then check the "Settings" and move the arrow under "Screen resolution" all the way to the right. That will change your entire window display to give the smallest icons and fonts. Perhaps this will give you what you are looking for.
