Perfect 10! It was a well made movie about 2 people falling in love. I loved it. I was hesitant at first to go watch it because it contained homosexuality which i am not too fond of, but it made me change my opinion of gay people.

0- a big fat ZERO. I'm not disrespecting the subject matter. I fell asleep after 10 minutes into the thing. A movie has to capture me within 5 minutes to 8, otherwise the audience is lost. It was a political statement based on the novel and overdue by the Academy to reward, and this is criticism as a critic. I own over 1000 films from the early 1900's to today so Brokeback Mountain is a a testimonial to division of societal gateways.

I have not seen Brokeback Mountain.

Once I found out what the movie was about, I just don't find any interest in it.

I have heard a few people say that it is a good movie, but I have no desire to see it.

I would rate this movie a 7 .. 7 for the nature of the film - would have been a ten but dang ... Heath Ledgers accent just stank like New Jersey in August

tale-clever, i might provide it a 9. The action picture might have been a lot extra effective, yet then there's a lot rigidity to get action pictures into the can and out the door presently that there is not any time for re-writes and enhancing. Plus you could purely tell a lot of a narrative or improve characters in under 2 hours. deliver you a unfastened replica of the action picture? Pay for it like every person else!

I thought the story was good - if you take away the whole "Brokeback" thing if you know what I mean. 4

0. I don't like westerns or love stories, and wouldn't waste two hours of my life sitting through the movie.
