DEPENDS ..WHERE R U ?? INDIA ...ABROAD AND VERY IMPORTANT WHEN DID U GET UR DEGREE ?? BEFORE 2003 OR AFTER THAT ...???ON AN AVERAGE IT IS A FIELD WHERE U WILL NEVER BE WITHOUT A JOB ... MAY BE ..I SAY MAY BE U CAN BE RICH ..BUT U WILL HAVE ENOUGH TO SURVIVE..NICELY ....MIGHT MAKE GOOD MONEY ...DEPENDS ON GEOGRAPHICAL THING....

It depends on the field you choose after that and place .
in India you are having scope in Manufacturing /sales but if you go to US /Gulf you can get very good job as clinical pharmacist or as Drug store manager.
One thing is sure where ever you are you will surely find a job

u better prepare for GRE and TOEFL .other wise if u r financially sound u can opt to go newzeland, aurstralia,canada,u have good scopes.other wise middle east countries.good perks in middleeast countries especially Oman, Dubai, Bharian, otherwise southafrica(if u have strong heart) .
u dont ahve any scope in india and that too in hyderabad its worst. hereformualtions promoters treat like scanvangrs.
dont dream about hyderabad region.
