the last time I had a tatoo I was sick for 2 days, I dunno why, I"m thinking about getting another one, any advice?

when my cousin got her first tattoo.. she puked halfway through.. and felt sick for the next day. I dunno why either. Something about her blood sugar.

Great case for a lawsuit. Waiver is meaningless if they fail to exercise due caution. Ink was probably used from some one else's tattoo, that's a serious no-no. Fresh needles, new unopened ink containers, and sterile cloths for wiping are regarded as basics in just about every state. Failure to comply can get them lawsuits and / or closed down if the local governmental agency catches it before anyone is infected. With all the antibiotic resistant infections, HIV, and Hep C out there that many are unaware of having, it only makes sense for reputable business' to safeguard their clients health. Using the same needle, ink, or wipe on more than one person is reckless endangerment. The bad news may not end there either! Make sure your friend gets a HIV and a HCV test in about a month or so. It may not show up now, but any antibodies will show up at detectable levels in about 2 months. Who knows what the person that ink was used on may have been carrying? The waiver would protect the tat shop from problems if your buddy was allergic to the ink, etc. but not from negligence.

I never heard of getting a tatoo making you sick....unless you are getting way too stressed out by it. Just relax, the pain will go away and you are fine.

getting a tattoo doesnt make you sick. you may have picked up a bug from someone around the same time. the only thing you can get from a tattoo is like, diseases if they use dirty needles. if you are doubting it for some other reason, dont do it. i have 5 tattoos, and i didnt get sick from any of them. just make sure your blood sugar is up before you go in. drink a soda or something b4 you get it done. youll be fine, dont worry.

Find a more reputable tattoo place or look up side effects of ink reaction. I've never heard of or seen someone get sick from a tattoo.

i have two tattoos and my boyfriend has 4 and neither one of us have been sick from tattos .......maye you got something from before and the stress of the tat made it come out.....but reallly you should not be getting sick ........red , swore , and puffy in the tattoo are after it is done is normal

my question is to you did you get SICK when you got the first one?..and when you say SICK what is you meaning?..
you shouldn't get sick, sore maybe but nothing really to go to a doctor about..

drink orange juice and yogurt smoothie 30 min .before you leave for your apointment and take two asperin just before.you should be fine try it next time.what can it hurt.p.s.hope all goes fine this time.
