My ipod broke in half and it doesn't work at all.. i think i still have warranty on it. But i don't have the receipt can i still have get another one with warranty and without the receipt?

Just how did you manage to break it in half? Unfortunately, even if you have the warranty, they'll take one look at it and say it was misuse. I'm sorry, but I think you're going to have to replace it. :(

Well, now you have 2 Ipods..... If your warranty is with apple or the store you bought it at, they will have a record of the warranty. If you paid by CC, check your online statement as proof of purchase.

i think you are out of luck, the ipod warranty does not cover user damage.......time for a new one
