people are stupid! men have feelings just like everyone else-it is very normal for men to cry whenever they feel the need especially when someone close to them passes away-he needs ur support right now and you should definitely let him know you are there for him. when he feels like he can open around you he will-dont feel weird-its actually a wonderful thing

ONLY if he"s human!!! Actually, if he didn't cry, I'd worry about him. He can't keep it inside him. A short story. Years ago my cousin was killed in a car accident. His mom was hysterical, yet his dad never shed a tear. People were asking the Dr. to prescribe something for the mom, the Dr. said no, that it was to be expected from a parent, his concern was for the dad because he wasn't releasing any grief. As much as the dad wanted to cry, he just couldn't. My moms whole family is like that. My mom couldn't even cry when my dad, (her husband of 49 years) died. Even though she was devastated. I can cry at the stupidest things. You may also want to mention the responses you are getting here, that in itself is also great therapy. People who don't even know him responding like they are.

Whoever thinks men shouldn't cry is not fully aware of what it means to be a man. Of course men cry. It's perfectly normal and fine for men to cry. If we hide our emotions away then we deny what it means to feel and be and live as humans. I cry because I have emotions and I am not ashamed of them. I cried at my Dad's funeral, I cried when my grand-daughter was born, I cried when I gave my daughter away at her wedding. And I cry in prayer at the altar. I don't mind people seeing. I know who I am. Sit down with him, take his hand, and both of you have a good cry together.

Yes tell him it's ok, that he needs to get it out. Some men think they should not cry but after all they are human.

Just tell him you are there for him, if he wants to talk, cry, laugh, get his mind off things, etc. Don't make a big deal out of the crying thing, just be supportive and let him decide how you can help him. My condolences.

not all people cry when they lose someone, different people have different coping mechanisims.
If he's a person that cry's i'm sure he'll cry around you with a loss that big. it might just take time
if you think he is going to cry just comfort him and tell him to let it out and that u're there for him
i'm sorry for yours and his loss. best of wishes

strong day ol' bean! for sure a British gentleman might want to in no way practice any sort of emotion. the really emotion one is authorised to demonstrate is a mild quiver of the mustache. inspite of the indisputable fact that, behind closed doors, I easily have cried on diverse events. merely very last evening I cried even as attempting to keep up Helga's sexual ferocity. She were pounding my body and beaten my windpipe in an attempt to coax a climax from her major body. It left me in the kind of state of marvel that I papped the sack. Bully!
