I miss 1995-1999 professional wrestling.

WCW:
- Introduction of cruserweights in the U.S. (Rey Mysterio, Juventud Gurerra, Physcosis, etc).
- Intoduction of Goldberg, his winning streak, and defeating Hogan infront of 46,000 people in the Georgia Dome.
- Sting being silent for over a year.
- Sting decending down from the rafters.
- Sting vs. Hogan build up.
- nWo hostile take over (most successful storyline in wrestling history): Hogan, Hall, Nash, Giant, Savage, Steiner, Bagwell.
- Hogan going from Hulkamania to Hollywood.
- Wolfpac: Kevin Nash, Sting, Luger, Savage, Konnan.
- Horsemen: Flair, Benoit, Anderson, Malenko.
- Booker T vs. Chris Benoit (original Best of Seven)
- Hogan vs. Piper
- Savage vs. DDP
- Nash vs. Mysterio
- Bret Hart debuting in WCW, feuding with Flair, and then winning the WCW World title in a tournament final against Chris Benoit at Mayhem 99.
- Eddie Guerrero's LWO (Latino World Order) and making Rey Mysterio his slave.
- Chris Jericho's mockery of Goldberg with his own personal bodyguards including Ralphus.
- Monday Night Jericho.
- La Parka, the chairman of WCW and his dance.
- The Nitro Girls, wrestling's only dance team of all time!!!

Do I miss WCW? Yes.
Do I miss the Attitude Era? The Era that transformed wrestling into sports entertainment? The Era where it became more about the stories than it did about the wrestling? The Era where we were treated to Steve Austin going to Brian Pillmans house and Pillman pulling a gun out on TV? The Era that saw a tied up Val Venis just about to get his D.I.C.K. cut off? The Era where Undertaker was about to imbalm Austin alive? The Era where every single show had a diva in just a thong and pasties? The Era that didn't even focus on wrestling? The Era that killed the sport that I loved as a child??? No. I'm OK without the "Attutude Era"

Yes, I do. The WWF Attitude era was arguably one of the best era's in wrestling. It was a great time to be a wrestling fan. With Vince Russo being the head writer for the first couple of years in the Attitude era, that was some of the best storywriting ever. It was original, and entertaining. But, when Vince Russo and Ed Farrera who also worked with Russo in WWF, came to WCW, their writing became tiresome. They seemed to lose their originality. They were trying to do the same thing in WCW. Eventually, that was what did WCW in. Before those two came to WCW, they would do storylines in the mid 1990's that the WWF did in the 1980's as well as steal away most of the WWF Superstars. After these two arrived, they tried to bring the writing that defined the WWF attitude era to WCW which led to disasterous results. They couldn't keep their storylines fresh.

The Attitude Era was the best thing to happen to WWE in it's history. It's when it was getting the best ratings and the most views. It was the most entertaining WWE era that I can remember. I miss it a lot, especially since the current WWE product is so stale. I miss the greats such as the Rock, Stonecold, and of course the New World Order!

Yea those were the good days of wrestling, now wrestling run under the "Vince McMahon umbrella" has just gotten overdone and stupid. I always like Sting and Rick Flair. The whole nWo thing was the most genius idea ever in professional wrestling.
