Because I usually think that some strangers make eye to eye contact and then hypnotizes those who looks at there eyes and let you do things that they want just like giving them all of your money.
I have a classmate who encountered this situation like she looked at a stranger and the stranger just hypnotized her and then she gave her expensive earings to the stranger without getting it back. When the man was gone . . . that was the only time she remembered everything but the only thing she could do is to cry!

No, I love it! I love to make eye contact with people I've never seen before in my life and hold it there until they start to shift with uneasiness or stare back or get mad or even leave. It's fun :D.

it depends. alot of the time i think i should make a good impression and maybe give the person a wrong impression by staring at thier eyes. but other time i think it doesnt matter i'll never meet them again. but also so many thiings could happen. what if they were a serial plush killer! AHHHHH

No. I used to wonder why random people smiled at me all the time, and my friend told me it's because I make eye contact...Go figue.

I always look for the 'long lost' look of recognition.
Like the last recognizing look of the movie, "Made In Heaven" with Kelly McGillis and Timothy Hutton.
But then I'm a sucker for that type of corny stuff!

**** now a days u never know if u look at someone the wrong way they might shoot u, u know. personally I'm not but i am very careful at who i look at. besides staring is rude lmao
