Is that unattractive? Everyone said i was really good at it and that i should definately consider trying for a sponser video, but my older sister said that it was unattractive and that only boys should do it . . . .so i haven't skated in awhile. . . . .
Because of what shes said i dress and act a lot differently. . . . and i know i should never let what people say get to me but its hard when its coming from family.
What do you think i should do?

Do your thing and don't worry about what anyone else says. If you like skateboarding, then continue to do it. If you don't like skateboarding, then quit. However, make the decision based on what you want to do.
P.S. Just because your sister thinks that skateboarding is unattractive doesn't mean that boys will.

I skateboard and that i think of this is exceptionally cool. And in case you're asian I guess you would be exceptionally stable. Asians are stable at each thing...yet do in simple terms it as a interest. in case you attempt to influence the dudes then you definately're doing it for the incorrect reasons...

Thats what we need more of! I like seeing anyone skate, some people wouldn't wanna see girls cuz they might whine and complain about broken nails, but I give props to you for doing your thing, heck your probably better than me! and im just starting! if a girl skates it encourages other girls that girls can do anything you know? see where im going? w/e makes you feel happy, not what others think

No, i skateboard. I think it is cool when a girlfriend like the same things that i do or have an intrest in sports.

Really? OMG i envy you.. I think the only girl skateboarder i have seen on tv is i think "fabiola" i dont know but i think thats her name. She joins a lot of skateboarding competition.. x games, etc.. you should join too.. hehehe.. anyweiz, duh! dont mind your sister. its just her opinion.. if you love the sport, go for it and enjoy.. though its dangerous.. whatever, as long as your happy.. they should be happy for you to.

keep on skating i think its cool i wish my girlfriend would like it she is always anoyed by me talking about it and doing it ...... but i think its cool!
