About a week before Christmas, I bought this woman I know a really sexy Santa hat as a joke. Now, here we are two weeks past Christmas and she won't leave me alone. A few nights ago, for instance, she showed up at my door at 2 A.M. in her nighty wanting to know if she could come in. Being the nice guy that I am, I said, "Yes, but only for a minute". Big mistake. I ended up having to help her put her nighty back on and driving her home. Since then, she's become even more fanatical than before. She calls my residence constantly and drives around the block several times a day to see if I'm home. I have no idea what to do about her. She's a really nice person who for some unexplained reason has become obsessed with me. I don't want to hurt her by calling the police and having her arrested. This woman is throwing herself at me, and to make matters worse, she's 20 years my junior and "hot" as h***! I need help bad as she is chipping away at my resistance. What should I do?

Man if you sleep with her, it will get worse. You'll be permantly stuck unitl you find someoen to pawn her off onto. No matter how good it looks or tatses, if it's certified crazy before the sex, it will be certified insane and demented after. Run Man Run!!!

Twenty years your junior spells trouble.....even if she's white hot. Run don't walk. Tell her straight up to back off and that you're not interested. Tell her that her behavior has disturbed you enough to the point of considering calling the police. She'll be fair warned.....and if she continues, oh well if she feels bad. Time to close the door on this chapter of your life once and for all....do NOT enable her by doing nothing but being nice. Time for your own feelings in the matter.

Well If you ask me there are only a few things you can do, first find a friend of yours that doesnt mind a fanatical sex fiend and kindly hook them up, second tell her directly but nicely that you are unintereted in her sexualy and would rather continue being friends, and third just give in man if shes hot 20 years younger than you and horny what the hell is your problem, unless yer married in which case just tell your wife and shell solve it for you. One other possibility is that you could tell her u have a girlfriend and your sorry but you are a one woman man.

I'm totally kidding, I just thought it would be funny.
That's a little scary. No one wants to be in that situation. You need to just sit her down and be honest with her... it might help if you know someone you could hook her up wiht (?) She's probably just lonely. It's sad such a young attractive girl thinks she needs to go through all of this for some attention.
Just be nice to her and be her friend, don't give her any indication you might reciprocate her feelings...
And pray she doesn't go psycho on you... aaahhh...

When you gave her the hat, did you not have some feeling for her? If that is the case go for it, 20 years is nothing.
If there is another reason just tell her that you cannot have a relationship with her. Then ignore her do not answer the door. Hang up when she calls NO CONTACT.
This doesn't sound like such a bad problem to have.

Give in. What could you be thinkin' man. Make her wear the santa mask and a hockey mask too. (I am visualizing it right now) It sounds like she would go for anything. 20 yrs your junior to you. If your over forty or under 70, I don't see any question of what to do. Only answers. Just try everything.

bottom line, set boundaries and be firm about it.

Its really the landlords problem. Keep calling him/her. Sewage can be a health issue. If you must do it yourself. Get rubber gloves. Get a plastic suit, the kind you see on TV at hazard clean up. Get lots of bleach to kill the germs that are living in the sewage. Remember sewage came from someones toilet. As you clean you will need to clean yourself up. Put up some kind of outside shower to wash off the sewage. Use the germ hand cleaner all over your body and hair. I don't like the idea of this germ infected sewage being cleaned up yourself -- its the landlords problem. Its may be covered by his or your insurance. Its different if its you own home, your homeowners insurance covers this kind of health clean up problem. GOOD LUCK.
