How to print in black and white on a macbook?

I have a macbook. I bought it this past summer, when they were offering the free printer... So I have that hewlett packard C3100 printer that came with the computer... I can't figure out how to print in black and white. Anybody know how?

Select print, and pull down the tab where it says Copies & Pages, select Paper Type/Quality and then change the Color menu to Grayscale
