its for geometry

okay it's a triangle, and inside the triangle on the left side (A) it says x+1. On the right hand side (B) inside the triangle it says x+15. outside the triangle near the top (C) it says 150 degrees.

it is an exterior angle.

OK... first let me say it's been a while since I've done geometry, but if I were trying to solve this problem, I would set the problem up in the following manner:

The angles of a triangle always add up to 180 degrees...

180 = (X + 1) + (X + 15) + X

180 = 3X + 16

180 - 16 = 3X

164 = 3X

164 / 3 = X

so...

X = 54.6667

X + 1 = 55.6667

X + 15 = 69.6667

That is how I would set the problem up.

Good luck!
