Paris's outfit is better. But without the jacket, that would be too overbearing. Britney also needs to start wearing a bra, otherwise she will always look like a slob. But then again she doesn't wear underwear so.

I don't really like either outfit
but if i must choose it would be Paris's outfit..
the one Britney is wearing is pretty bad !

Paris's second dress (the lacy black one) is sweet, I'd wear that. Anything Britney has (or doesn't have on) is cheap looking.
