How do I get there (cheapest way - no cabs please)

You'll have to take a Metro bus from the Amtrak station to one of the hotels where it stops, but the Grayline of Seattle is the cheapest non-taxi/non-Metro way to get to the airport from downtown. Here is the link:

Still, if you're going to have to ride the Metro bus anyway, you might as well take it to the airport. The bus you'll need is the 194. You can use Metro's planner to figure out the times:
