It is not uncomon for women to have weird periods after tubal ligation...but having them this late is not common...neither is the other symptoms you are havng. Have your doctor run an HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) test. THis is commony called the pregnancy hormone. If it is positive, you can together try and figure out how you became pregnant. The old way of having a tubal was to actualy tie the tubes, causing scarring of the tubes....pregnancy was still occasionally possible. They they began to cut a section of the tubes out and ligate the ends of both sides. Try and find out exactly how they performed your tubal. and good luck to you.

Although it would be very rare (less than 1 in 100,000), it's possible that you are pregnant. Sometimes, though, conditions like fibroids, ovarian cysts, and perhaps even reproductive infections can cause similar symptoms. Stress or rapid weight loss could also be responsible. While most of these conditions aren't dangerous, treatment could relieve your discomfort. It would probably be safest to visit your gynecologist and find out exactly what's going on. I hope this helps!

I would take a pregnancy test. My fiance's sister is currently pregnant for the second time after a tubal (lost the first one due to incompletely formed neural tube) and is due in June. tubals aren't 100%.

I think it's best you get a doctor to help you with this one. It could be pregnancy or something else, but best to find out for sure. If you worry about it you may get quite stressed, which may make you feel worse. See the GP asap.

sounds like you're a mature person . . . try those off the shelve test kits, they'll tell you.

teing of tubes is not a 100% safe way and after so long . . .

Maybe you want to buy the home kit to test. If not go see a doc to find out whether it true that you are pregnant.
