My goodness, why would your wife not know anything about a stupid TV? Does it show the programs? Is the picture clear? Does it plug in easily? I think the question should be, what do you know? I would be so much more inclined to agree to purchase a new TV if my husband asked my opinion about what to buy first.

Oh yes. She has a say.
Then she doesn't mind paying so much for it.

Or more precisely, she doesn't get mad at ME when WE pay so much for it.

Besides, she likes better TV's than I do. She just makes it too easy to buy a great TV.

So she can test the remote to see if it has the same feel as you do, silly!

IF men only knew what a woman could do with a remote if they gave us half a chance!

It's her house too; you ought to respect her enough to give her a say in what furniture you buy for it. Anyway, she might know more than you think!

Only if it's a valid say. Like, will the DVD player, XBox, PS2, HTPC, and Digital cable go through it. I'm listening. : )

Men don't give women enough credit for knowing things. Just like I had to show my hubby and his brother how to put nails in the new nail gun my hubby bought!! Duh???? And yes..I helped pick out OUR new TV a few years ago.

Well this is something you don't have to worry about since no woman will ever marry you.

Ask her if she wants a say in it.....if she says no, then nothing to worry about. If she says yes, well then.....let her have her say.
