Make him shave his armpits. He doesn't have to shave all the hair away, just most of it. The hair locks in a lot of the bacteria, especially if he uses a stick deodorant, it just cakes on and cakes on.
Shower daily, use a washcloth on the pits, change the washcloth daily.
I use Right Guard solid.
Some of it might be from his diet , too, try to get him off of the beef and meats and onto more fruit and vegetables.

body odor is caused by bacteria. It mixes with sweat to cause the odor. The bacteria can be removed by washing with as hot as he can stand water, and soap and lots of friction. This kills bacteria. Yes, it may help to trim the hair, but you have to take care of the cause. It may also be helpful to put rubbing alcolhol, or peroxide in the armpit after each shower, and by all means change the wash cloth daily, otherwise, he is just putting the bacteria from yesterday back on today. Alcohol and peroxide both are very good at killing bacteria. Hope this helps

He needs to use a soapy cloth or sponge in the shower not just his hands because that doesn't wash the smell away properly
& lynx or any good deodrant should do the trick & keep putting it on throughout the day
cotton shirts are better as well

Go to health food store & buy a liquid product called "Chlorophyll". It is sweet tasting & non-offensive. Take 1 spoonful daily. It will clear up body odor, foot odor, bad breathe & any other odor you can think of.
It is very healing & nutritious to the body.
