Some matter actually does go back and forth from past to present, but for a human? I don't think so. Maybe very close to a singlarity, then again, getting that close could disrupt calculations and then something else might happen. Another possibility, often depicted in sci fi, is something traveling in a loop very, very fast. However, as something approached the speed of light that initially had mass, it's mass would approach infinity and of course would never reach C. Pipe dream. And as mentioned above, if time travel was possible, it's assumable that it happened in the future and we would already see travelers from the future.

No one can.
I am sre there are a lot of things that people would do if we could -- like stopping Bin Laden or Hitler before they did any harm -- but we have absolutely no clue as to how time travel could be accomplished.
So, until someone can prove it is possible, we will have to go with the assumption it cannot be done.
Someone once said: if time travel was possible, we should be seeing tourists from the future...

In science fiction movies they potray ways to travel thru time not in real world. But there is a theory in physics where a physical phenomenon called 'Quantum Leap' where a change of an electron from one energy state to another within an atom. It is discontinuous, the electron jumps from one energy level to another instantaneously. This are still in disputable fact among physicts. So far was tested on atomic factor not on real life human being. If it was succesfull we are able to transform or travel ourself thru time.

No can do. Figure out a reason to travel forward in time, then have your bod frozen for the time required, revived and (voila!), you're in the future, doomed to never return to the world you knew. Are you SURE you wanna do this??????
