after it starts, the screen just go black and only the arrow shows up and when i move my mouse the arrow moves perfectly. and when i turn it off, the shut down screen comes on too just like the start up screen comes on when i turn it back on, but then everything turns black...
what's wrong with my laptop?

You Video driver may be corrupt, or you video settings have been changed. You need to take to a repair store to repair it. It's difficult to tell, without analyzing all possibilities.
Given your expertise I woudn't advise you to try anything by yourself anyone suggests. If you mess up, you can make things worse.

yup try system restore or if u cant access it, hmmm try running ur pc in safe mode. restart before everything shows up keep pressing F8 in oyur keyboard untik something pops up. then select the safe mode option. after that go to the system restore - click >> start > accessories >system tools > system restore. Try to restore ur computer with the last know dates before all dat happends.
