Is that even a question? If so then defiantly Lindsay Lohan! She is by far the worst actor I have ever seen, good movies have been ruined because of her terrible acting! She sings too! That's x100 worse than her acting.
Hilary Duff on the other hand isn't so bad she's a really good actor and her music is OK for the age group she trys to appeal too, she's so much better than Miss Lohan!

I don't think they can lose the fame they already have, however they can lose popularity. I think Lindsay is a good actress. It is unfortunate that Hollywood has destroyed another young celeb who couldn't handle the lime light. I think she will be around though until she OD's. As for Hilary, I like her and all that she stands for. She also has a great line of clothes and other merchandise. I can't see her as an academy award winning actress though.

i do not think its a matter of who should, more along the line of who will lose the fame first. hilary duff does not compare to the outragous lindsay lohan. i do like lohan in movies, but she alone will be her own demise.
