i don't think ouran high school host club has english dubbing yet. so, u hav 2 stick with the subs till it's licensed.

u can find the english subbed episodes all done might i add but u have to download these. its at lunaranime.org

It ain't licensed, so the only option would be the English subtitles....for that try the usual youtube.com or chrunchyroll.com
