The moon doesn't have its own light; it reflects the light of the sun. On the nights when you only see a half moon or crescent moon, it's because the earth is blocking some of the sun's light from reaching the moon.

Your english is very unclear but I think you are asking if the moon is a star and if it can emit light.
The answer is no. The moon is a basically just a large rock. It reflects light from the sun.

The Moon doesn't produce its own light, but looks bright because it reflects light from the Sun. Think of the Sun as a light bulb, and the Moon as a mirror, reflecting light from the light bulb. The lunar phase changes as the Moon orbits the Earth and different portions of its surface are illuminated by the Sun.

Oh, by the way, 'stars' are suns - just a v v long way away. The Moon is a rock which reflects the light of the Sun, which is why it "waxes" and "wanes" from no Moon to Full Moon, as it passes behind Earth and can't get all of the light.

moon is a satelite which revolves around the earth and reflects the light of the sun to glow.. so it does not have any source of light, and hence cannot emit any light!!

the sun have a light of it's own because it is a ball of fire but the moon does not have it's own light since it is dependent to the sun for it's source of light

The stars are light emitters.. the rest of the debris (earth & moon included) reflect that energy.. (light) -- btw.. the moon is kinda dirty & dark.. reflects less than 10% of the sunlight (star) hitting it... that is the "albedo"..
