Yes it is good for you! it has lots of calcium which make your bones harder and tougher...same goes with your teethe....i drink it at least twice a day!

Milk can be good for you because of the calcium content; however, milk is an animal product, so it naturally contains more fat and cholesterol.
Skim milk is probably best for you; however, some people say that's like drinking water.
So, I say a glass a week is fine.
But honestly, I think it really comes down to individual health. What's good for me may not be good for you.

No one mentioned the effects of Vitamin D which milk contains and it helps when you are out in the sun. Dairy is always good for you. In small portions.

milk, from a cows teet, is for young cows to drink, not people. If you stop and think about it, milk is a really gross product
but i like cheese
