Hahaha, yep. I'm really ticklish. So when my man tries to massage my feet he usually gets kicked in the nose... I feel really bad but can't help it!!

Yes, if it's a pro doing the giving, with absolutely no danger.
The technique is to use serious intent and a continuously firm gentle touch. And start on the hands first.
