You are a Virgo. I know this because I looked it up in my astrology chart book that has sun tables in it. The year you were born, the sun did not enter Libra until the 23rd. There is no such thing as a cusp. You either are or you are not.

I was born on September 22 1989. at 8:25 am. I am a Virgo and a cross with a Libra... therefor so are you. You will most likely have more of what a virgo consists of and a little spice of libra. But if someone were to ask you what your sign is, you are a Virgo.
