Just recently saw a study that says Cleveland, Ohio or Denver, Colorado, based on higher income potential and lower costs of living.

nashville Tn is really nice...you can get more for your money if looking to buy...Little Rock arkansas is also nice....lots of outdoor family oriented events and a great single scene!!!
