Do i get myself to sweat more i do cardio (tread mill) but i bearly swaet after an hour what can i do (besides drink more water)

There's a kind of "suit" you can wear, wrestlers/boxers use them to drop weight before a match. They're made of vinyl, can find them on most websites that sell workout clothes. Some call them "sweat suits" or something like that. Basically, they keep your bodyheat in and make you sweat more. Here's a sample link

Well, you need to speak with a trainer and ask them to set you on a proper program. You are not hitting your target. Trust me, when I work out I sweat like a bucket. Good Luck!

You aren't running/walking fast enough. Especially if you can stay on for a full hour. Get it up to about 6 mph.

my guess is that you're not working hard enough. it's not as important how long you work out as it is how hard you work out. try increasing the speed or the resistance. have you tried the elliptical. it works you a lot harder so you can get a better workout in a shorter amount of time.
